1. About Ivelaa
Ivelaa is an AI-powered educational medical bill analysis platform operated by Hope Cloud LLC. Ivelaa helps users understand medical bills and insurance statements through AI-generated educational summaries, potential billing red flags, illustrative estimated savings ranges, negotiation opportunities, suggested questions for providers and insurance companies, call scripts, action plans, and general educational recommendations. Ivelaa does not provide medical, legal, insurance, tax, or financial advice.
2. Free Mode
Ivelaa is currently offered in Free Mode. Users currently receive one complete AI analysis at no charge. Ivelaa may introduce paid features or premium services in the future, and existing free functionality may change, be limited, or be discontinued over time. Nothing in the Services or these documents constitutes a promise that the Services will remain free indefinitely.
3. Information We Collect from You
Before running an analysis, we ask you to provide an email address and to upload one or more medical bills or related documents. We use your email address to (a) associate reports with you, (b) provide access to your reports, and (c) send service communications you request. We will send optional product updates and marketing emails only if you explicitly opt in; marketing emails are optional and you may unsubscribe at any time. No user account is required at this time; account creation may become available in the future.
4. Uploaded Documents and Report Storage
Uploaded documents and generated reports may be stored securely in order to (a) provide report history and access, (b) improve the user experience, (c) support customer requests, (d) maintain platform integrity and security, and (e) comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your uploaded documents and reports by contacting privacy@ivelaa.com.
5. AI Processing of Uploaded Documents
Uploaded medical bills and related documents are processed by AI service providers solely for the purpose of generating the report you request. Uploaded documents are not used for AI model training unless you explicitly provide consent.
6. Analytics
We collect product analytics to operate and improve the Services, including: homepage visits, upload page visits, uploads started and completed, reports generated, PDF downloads, report link opens, feature usage, error logs, device and browser information, and performance metrics. Analytics data is used to improve the platform and is not sold.
7. Third-Party Services
The Services rely on the following third parties: OpenAI (AI analysis of uploaded documents), Supabase (secure storage, database, and application infrastructure), and Stripe (payment processing). Stripe is currently inactive while Free Mode is enabled but is retained for future premium services; Stripe does not process every report and does not process a payment for the current free analysis flow.
8. Business Changes
Features, pricing, Free Mode, premium services, AI models, storage policies, third-party providers, and platform functionality may change at any time. Nothing in this Privacy Notice creates an obligation to continue any existing feature indefinitely.
